Parliament                                        

Our school parliament comprises 29 students who represent students across the school. The parliament meets on a weekly basis under the guidance of a teacher to discuss issues relevant to the students, support school initiatives, give students a role in decision making and participate in fundraising. Each parliamentarian participates in a ministerial commitee such as Technology, Recreation, Welfare, Creative Arts and the Outdoor Environment.

Some weekly roles of the parliamentarians are to:

• lead class meetings
• lead assemblies
• conduct student forums to discuss school improvement
• co-ordinate playground games for younger students
• lead groups for the Kindetgarten Orientation Program
