Visit From the Sydney Swans
Yesterday on the 3rd March, the Sydney Swans visited Stage 2 and Stage 3 at our school. There were also people from the media, newspaper and T.V cameras to film what was happening.
Firstly, Brett Kirk talked to us about how he got in the team, where he grew up and much more. Then Ted told us about himself and how South Coogee and the Swans can be friends. Lewis was the last to speak to us. He told us about a family fun day happening soon.
Afterwards, Mr Fielding and our Prime Minister, Lauren were given a signed Sydney Swans shirt. We thought this was very cool!
We enjoyed the Swans visit because it was nice to meet the players and listen to the information about Aus Kick and the family fun day. Thanks Swans for visiting South Coogee Public School!
